Combined with a strong visual language, courageous statements as well as personal stories and experiences, this creates an authentic picture for potential applicants that also has a strong internal impact. We support Henkel in the conception and design of the new, global employer brand and also accompany the communicative realisation in over 75 countries worldwide.

The campaign follows an integrated approach and plays out the new branding cross-media, from offline media such as banners for trade fairs or local OOH posters to organic and paid social media content and materials for internal communication. The revised career website forms the digital hub. It presents Henkel as an employer that does not rest on its laurels and continues to develop. In this way, we position Henkel as a sustainable Zeitgeist Employer Brand.
